Bar Rental

Spacious for one bartender but can accommodate two if needed. At a full 4′ wide and only weighing 70 lbs, it easily sets up in seconds and folds down to just 8″ for transport and storage. Combined with our Nexus LED Lighting system.

Clean Ice  $50 = 100 pounds of ice

Extending your party- $35 per hour / per bartender

Signature Drink Option to Add to your package- price will vary based on liquor and mixer choice. 

Wait Staff Service

Attire 

We pride ourselves on looking professional, well dressed and groomed for your event.  Above is our standard uniform . Attire can be modified according to  needs.

  • Set up your event site with linen, napkins, china, flatware, glassware, etc.

  • Serve and refill beverages

  • Replenish the food buffet

  • Deliver plated food to guests, if you opt for plated service

  • Clear guest tables and scrape plates

  • Cut and serve your wedding cakes

  • Tray pass for champagne toast 

  • Take out trash

$150 Set Up and Clean up Fee

We do require a 4 hour minimum on all waitstaff service. 

The 4 hours of service does include set up and clean up time.

Champagne Wall 

  • Our champagne wall rental price is $250.00 which is a flat fee and it comes with 100 Champagne Flutes. Any additional glassware that is needed will be at .60 cents a flute.

  • The wall rental has to be rented with a Drink Fairy. The Drink Fairy role is to refill wall and to pick up empty glassware. The Drink Fairy Labor is $25/hr.  

  • The wall can come plain or you have a choice of decor. We have a variety of decor options to offer, so if you give us your idea we can put the decor together for you. 

  • We do require the wall rental be no less than 4hrs, which includes the set up and clean up.

  • We require a 20% deposit to hold the date of your party which is non-refundable. 

 

We do have Alcohol Packages available or you can provide your own alcohol.
